What ever happened to a love which surmounts the tangible world?
not possessing of weight but much gravity.
not possessing of volume but much depth.
not possessing of sight but much vision.
not obsessing in flesh despite the pleasures it may bestow us,
repeating,
like the ever-regenerating petals of an eternal rose-
shedding only to give rise to fresh beauty.
a love that sends the stone around the flame
for as long as it truly exists.
perpetual motion,
perfect imperfection
to discover the fountain of godhood
within the delicate heart of one who breathes
